Professional services and investment management company, Colliers, has been appointed by Allianz Holdings, as its preferred UK real estate partner to deliver a new ways of working review that focuses on its ESG objectives and maximises the efficiency of its real estate through the use of technology and innovation.
Allianz’s Property and Workspace Services team issued a competitive request for a proposal for real estate services incorporating occupier services, business rates, lease administration and account management for the UK-wide portfolio.Yalpesh Pajwani, Head of Property & Workspace at Allianz, said: “Following the Covid-19 pandemic, we are rethinking how we utilise our property portfolio and we wish to closely align our property asset strategy to our post-pandemic business strategy.
