Events by Amadeus, the standalone event catering arm of national catering firm Amadeus, has been awarded a three-year deal with IET Birmingham: Austin Court, a historic venue in the heart of the Midlands.
Taking a bespoke approach to the event catering options offered at this well-known location, the new contract has been achieved as a result of the team’s longstanding and close relationship with the venue of over 15 years.
The Grade II listed building hosts a range of different events from weddings and celebrations to exhibitions and corporate occasions. Events By Amadeus’ menus boasts an array of creative catering options for event organisers to ensure memorable food experiences for up to 150 guests, with options available for every dietary need.

With a focus on sustainability, local sourcing is also a vital part of Amadeus’ ethos with 80 per cent of food and beverage suppliers located within a 30-mile radius of the venue. This ensures that the food crafted by the team of experts is fresh and environmentally friendly with reduced food miles, emissions, and carbon footprint.
