The role will see Blackmore-Squires deliver PAM clients with the best end-to-end experience, work closely with Bewonder*, JLL’s Customer Experience agency to take on opportunities and actionable insights from feedback along their journeys to ultimately improve their customer experience.
With close to 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Blackmore-Squires brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the position. He started his career in operational finance at GE Real Estate, and since has supported many top tier commercial property and built environment organisations as a management consultant. Over the past eight years he has focused on enhancing client experience in the industry. He most recently moved from Arcadis as Global Client Experience Manager.
