Specialist guest services provider, On Verve, has won Silver in the Best Customer Experience category at the UK Business Awards.
The UK Business Awards is one of the UK’s key business accreditations and awards, with businesses from a range of different industries taking part. The awards look to celebrate business excellence across the country and provide winners with recognition for their work and networking opportunities.
On Verve’s DayMaker solution claimed the win for its unique approach to delivering outstanding customer experience through its guest services for corporate clients, specifically for its work with a finance industry client with an extensive customer base exceeding five million. The win was attributed to its innovative training methods, commitment to ESG and social value initiatives and its role in advising clients on how to transform their offices into destinations of choice. Judges also acknowledged their creativity and individuality in a traditionally rigid service line.

This silver award marks On Verve’s second award in 2023 following the Disruptor of the Year win earlier this year, signifying the business’s success and growth since its launch in 2021.
