Jaguar takes hard FM services deal at The Bower

Property management firm, Ashdown Phillips, has awarded Jaguar Building Services with a hard FM services deal at The Bower – The Tower and Warehouse, a mixed-use commercial development, owned by property investment and development company, Helical plc.

Located on Old Street, in the heart of the creative quarter of Shoreditch and Tech City, The Tower and Warehouse have a combined square footage of 293,000ft² housing premium office, retail and restaurant space.

Speaking about the new contract award, Lee Tristram, Account Manager, said: “We have a great engineering team in place at The Bower, and we look forward to continuing to work alongside Ashdown Phillips at this fantastic building.”
