Following a competitive tender process for the Landsec Workplace Portfolio, Jaguar Building Services has retained its Nova Portfolio agreements and secured six additional building services, fabric, and energy performance (BSFEP) contracts.
Jaguar says its focus will be on delivering a high-quality, responsive service, and to maintain and improve existing accreditations, which have already contributed to Landsec’s environmental goals, including net zero and carbon reduction targets.
The newly acquired sites include:
- 80-100 Victoria Street
- 123 Victoria Street
- 62 Buckingham Gate
- 16 Palace Street
- Zigzag Building and Estate
- Cardinal Estate
