Following a competitive tender process, Apleona UK has retained its contract for integrated FM services with a long-term distribution network client for a further three years.
The new contract award sees the continuation of a 16-year partnership. Apleona UK initially secured the contract in 2008 for facilities management services, and subsequently retained it in 2017 and 2021.
This is the third retention, with the scope including provision of services to 13 sites across the UK.
Apleona UK’s Regional Director Rachel Broughton-Stronghill said: “Thank you to our Account Manager and our site delivery teams who have a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, consistently exceeding their expectations. We will strive for continuous improvement by suggesting innovative new measures we can introduce that align with their specific disciplines. We will increase and grow our collaborative partnership to drive operational excellence under our new contract.”
Adrian Connor, Apleona UK’s Managing Director, added: “We now have the technical capabilities from our recent acquisitions of CTS in 2022 and JCW in 2023. This means we have increased our scope of self-delivered services and can provide a greater depth of knowledge and advice to achieve improvements across this particular clients’ sites.”
