EMCOR UK has unveiled its new service ‘Insight Intelligence’, which combines the expertise of its people with leading technology.
Insight Intelligence uses advanced modelling, AI and data science to unearth actionable insights from customer operations, to unlock the full potential of their facilities by creating a single view of their estate.
The service will be powered by One Data World, EMCOR UK’s insight platform. It blends diverse datasets into one integrated system that provides data and visualised reporting metrics across the entire estate of customers’ properties and services. Using its single data repository, Insight Intelligence moves beyond displaying historical data by using state-of-the-art technologies including interactive virtual modelling, diagnostics, digital twins, geolocation, IoT, remote services, AI, and intelligent modelling tools to support proactive decision-making and collaboration with customers.
Insight Intelligence has four key components:
- An information hub collates, cleans and creates a single repository for facilities data.
- Performance data is then visualised via reporting and dashboards tracking metrics against compliance and performance standards.
- Insights are provided through present and predictive analytics, coupled with the expert guidance of EMCOR UK’s teams.
- Collaborating with customers EMCOR UK will help transform these insights into driving action, transforming how facilities are run and managed.
James Dunnett, Chief Technology Officer of EMCOR UK, said: “Many organisations can struggle to create a single view of their facilities performance across their entire estate, which is essential for efficient, compliant, sustainable and future-ready facilities. Insight Intelligence is the solution. With its use, customers can benefit from rich data, advanced analytics and our specialist expertise unlocking the potential of their facilities.”
Insight Intelligence is part of EMCOR UK’s five key areas of customer-centric services; the others are Carbon Transformation, Asset Dynamics, Facilities Management and Workplace Evolution. Within this, the organisation also has a consistent and holistic focus on ESG and sustainability commitments for itself and its customers.
