SBFM achieves Living Wage Recognised Service Provider accreditation

Soft service provider SBFM has been officially accredited as a Living Wage Recognised Service Provider. The accreditation reflects SBFM’s ongoing commitment to providing fair wages and improving the livelihoods of its team members.

The Living Wage accreditation, awarded by the Living Wage Foundation, recognises organisations that go above and beyond the government minimum wage, ensuring that all employees earn a wage that meets the real cost of living. This commitment not only supports the wellbeing of employees but also contributes to a more sustainable and equitable economy.

“We are honoured to receive this accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation,” said Matt Chapman, CEO of SBFM. “Our employees are our greatest asset, and this recognition is a testament to our dedication to fair pay and a supportive working environment. We are committed to ensuring that all our staff are compensated fairly for their hard work and contributions.”

The accreditation process involved a rigorous review of SBFM’s practices and policies, confirming the organisation’s commitment to pay all its own head office staff the Living Wage and to always offer a Living Wage bid alongside every market rate submitted to prospective and current clients. By meeting these standards, SBFM joins a growing movement of employers dedicated to responsible business practices and social value.
