Bidvest Noonan has secured the cleaning and security services contract at Buttercrane Shopping Centre in Newry, Northern Ireland.
Attracting over 5.5 million visitors annually and home to more than 50 big-name brands and anchor stores, Buttercrane is a premier retail destination.
The contract award builds on Bidvest Noonan’s continued success in the retail sector in Northern Ireland, where it now supports over 15 premier shopping destinations.
As part of this partnership, Bidvest Noonan will deploy TASK, its new digital platform designed to streamline operations. The platform will help ensure that Buttercrane Shopping Centre maintains the highest standards in both cleanliness and security.
In addition, Bidvest Noonan will introduce a number of sustainability initiatives including the use of chemical-free cleaning products to reduce the centre’s environmental impact, supporting its sustainability goals.
Community impact is also a key focus of this partnership. Bidvest Noonan and Buttercrane Shopping Centre will collaborate on community-focused initiatives, including local charity partnerships and environmental awareness campaigns. These efforts reflect a shared commitment to social responsibility and making a positive, meaningful impact on the local community.
