FMJ Facilities Management magazine providing industry-specific intelligence to FM and property professionals
The workplace experience and facility management company has extended its long-standing partnership with the City of London Corporation by up to nine years.
The contract, valued at approximately £5 million per annum, will see ISS continue to provide security and front of house services at City of London Corporation sites for the next five years, with a potential extension of up to a further four years.
Since 2018, ISS has provided essential security services for workplaces across the Corporation’s estate, including iconic buildings like the Barbican, the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and Mansion House. ISS also provides integrated facilities management services to City of London Private Schools.
ISS previously announced a two-year extension with the City of London in 2022, and this extension will now see the partnership continue until at least 2029.
