OCS has been presented with the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Award at the Irish Contract Cleaning Association Awards (ICCA), held in Dublin last month.
The ICCA provides cleaning companies with the opportunity to showcase how they implement their ESG strategies whilst aligning those initiatives with commercial success.
During the awards ceremony, it was highlighted that Exclusive Services Group, an OCS group company, embodies its core values of PRIDE: People, Respect, Integrity, Development and Efficiency, aligning with its new parent company, OCS’s TRUE Values: Trust, Respect, Unity and Empowerment, displaying that the recent acquisition, which took place early September, was a suitable match.
Attending the awards were Jim Melvin and Kevin Meighan, who expressed their gratitude upon receiving the award, stating: “Our commitment is simply to take what we believe to be the correct, sustainable approach for our colleagues and customers, and it is great to be recognised for that.
