Grosvenor Services has retained its facilities management contract at Europe’s largest shopping centre, Westfield London, marking a significant achievement in its long-standing partnership with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW).
Alongside the contract retention, originally awarded in 2016, Grosvenor has also expanded this relationship with three additional shopping centres – Westfield Stratford City, and Centrale & Whitgift in Croydon – to provide comprehensive cleaning, facilities management, and environmental services.
According to Grosvenor, the five-year extension, beginning on 1 November, leverages the company’s extensive experience managing high-footfall, complex retail environments while tailoring services to the unique retail and hospitality requirements of each site.
