Independent full-service property real estate advisory business, SHW, has bolstered its facilities management team with the appointment of Dan Rayner as Facilities Manager.
Rayner has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of facilities management and construction management roles, working with firms such as Hartnell Taylor Cook, The Ambassador Theatre Group, Sainsbury’s and GAP.
Working across the South East, with a base in SHW’s Crawley/Gatwick office, Rayner is managing a number of properties South of the M25 as well as schemes in Slough and Croydon.
Commenting on the appointment, Tarniah Thompson, Head of Facilities Management, said: “It’s great to have Dan on board. He brings with him over 20 years’ experience in a variety of FM and construction management roles and he is already proving to be a real asset to the team.”
