Richard Irvin FM wins HVAC contract with Stirling Council

Richard Irvin FM has been awarded a four-year HVAC maintenance services and reactive repairs services contract with Stirling Council across its portfolio.

The contract will support current and future operational management by providing planned heating maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the HVAC system in all Stirling Council buildings.

Stirling Council is a local authority in Central Scotland serving both the City of Stirling urban areas and rural areas surrounding the city. The area covers almost 2,200 square kilometres from Crianlarich and Tyndrum in the Southern Highlands to the villages of Plean, Cowie and Fallin in the South East.

Commenting on the new contract award, Brian Irvine, Richard Irvin FM, Division Director, Mobile Services said: “We are thrilled to embark on a long-term partnership with this client and we are excited to deliver the best possible service to Stirling Council.”
