Novus Property Solutions has landed a two-year framework contract with The Guinness Partnership in the South West of England.
The Guinness Partnership was founded over 130 years ago and is one of the largest affordable housing and care providers in England.
Following The Guinness Partnership’s procurement process, Novus has been awarded a contract for its planned maintenance framework. The contract will run for a further two years and will include kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, fire doors, electric heating, and external works.
Novus has worked with The Guinness Partnership for six years, and in 2023 achieved an average customer service score of 97.3 per cent.
The partnership also extends to significant social value contributions across employment, local supply chain, as well as community and charity initiatives and events.
