A new direction for the board at Assurity Consulting

From 1st January 2025, three of the current Directors at Assurity Consulting are stepping back from leading the business, before leaving on 31st March 2025. Paul Foxcroft, Managing Director, Paul Phillips, Director of Consultancy Services and Ian Woodland, Director of Business Services are handing over to a new team of Directors, promoted from within the business. Greg Davies, Director of Market Development will be staying on with the new board for the foreseeable future to provide continuity. The business is also restructuring the teams to allow for further growth. The new team of Directors from 1st January 2025 will be:

Paul Foxcroft, commenting on the change in the board said: “I’m delighted we’ve been able to continue to develop the wealth of talent we have in our business. The future looks bright and secure at Assurity Consulting.”

Keith Vigar, Managing Director Elect commenting on the changes said: “I am extremely excited and honoured to be given the opportunity to take up the position of Managing Director at Assurity Consulting. The current Directors have guided the business to its success to date and now that we are part of the Celnor Group, my colleagues and I are dedicated to drive the business forward, maintaining our values and great customer service.”
