Facilities management firm, Hygiacura Group, has acquired the business and assets of First Point Cleaning and Maintenance Limited.
Headquartered in Kidderminster and led by Director Adrian Anghel, First Point Cleaning specialises in commercial cleaning and maintenance, serving a diverse range of clients across the West Midlands, including schools, medical facilities, and commercial offices.
With an active pipeline of deals that could add millions of pounds in new revenues, the acquisition reflects Hygiacura’s strategic commitment to expanding its footprint in the Midlands and growing its service offerings in the UK’s FM sector.
