Anders+Kern becomes part of the Aukett Swanke Group

Distributor of smart workplace systems, Anders+Kern (A+K) has been acquired by the Aukett Swanke Group (ASG), a renowned provider of smart buildings, architectural, and design services.

This strategic collaboration marks a significant step forward for A+K, strengthening its position in the distribution of innovative smart workplace solutions and unlocking new growth opportunities.

A+K has consistently provided cutting-edge hardware, software, and installation services to enhance room and desk booking systems, as well as IoT sensors for monitoring environmental and occupancy data. By joining forces with ASG, A+K is poised to accelerate its growth and take its smart workplace solutions to new heights.

Under the leadership of Barrie Meehan, former Technical Director of A+K, and Alison Taylor, former Operations Manager of A+K, the business will continue its operations as a key part of ASG. Meehan will serve as the Managing Director, while Taylor will assume the role of Operations Director for A+K.
