International real estate advisor, Colliers, has been chosen by Arax Properties to manage its portfolio of six central London offices.
Comprising of around one million sq ft of prime office space, the portfolio includes:

- 12 Soho Square, Soho
- Mainframe, Euston
- 21 – 22 Warwick Street, Soho
Colliers Property Management will be responsible for the proactive management of these assets, aiming to enhance the operational efficiency of each site. The new approach from Colliers will have a strong focus on customer experience, technology and industry best practices, ensuring long-term sustainability and value creation for Arax.
