Arcus FM has won a maintenance services contract with The Arch Company, a provider of commercial space for small and medium-sized businesses to rent in the UK.
The Arch Company manages over 5,300 properties, offering a variety of spaces for small businesses, retailers, charities, and community organisations. Under the new contract, Arcus will provide essential maintenance services to support the management and upkeep of these locations.
The Arch Company’s portfolio includes spaces used for retail, restaurants, offices, and commercial business. Arcus will utilise both a dedicated team of technicians and its national mobile engineer workforce to deliver a wide range of services including statutory compliance, planned preventive maintenance, landscaping, mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, and building fabric repairs. In addition, Arcus will assist with the preparation and maintenance of units that are available to let.
