Atlas has acquired Aston Services Group (ASG) a support services business with over 20 years of experience based in Leyland, Lancashire.
ASG mainly operates in the North of England and the Midlands, with 668 employees working across its contracts and offices. Its prestigious clients include Savills, Workman, APP and Bellrock, among many others. The majority of contracts are cleaning, security or a combination of both.
The deal for the £20 million turnover company, which has grown by 30 per cent in the last 12 months, strengthens Atlas’ presence in the region and brings ASG’s high-quality support services into the fast-growing group.
ASG is a Recognised Service Provider with the Living Wage Foundation and like Atlas has also signed the Armed Forces Covenant, as it employs many ex-service personnel.
