Churchill Environmental Services (CES), the specialist water and environmental arm of Churchill Group, has secured new contracts with Abbeyfield Living Society and Wiltshire Council.
CES’ contract with Abbeyfield Living Society will run for a three-year term, with an option to extend for an additional two years. The contract scope includes comprehensive asset verification surveys, water hygiene monitoring, remedial works, and sampling across its national portfolio. CES’s state-of-the-art asset management system was a key factor in securing this contract, as it enables robust compliance tracking and efficient asset management across Abbeyfield’s estate.
The five-year contract with Wiltshire Council sees CES extend its partnership following a public tender process. Since the contract’s commencement in October 2024, CES has been providing comprehensive water hygiene risk assessments, monitoring and compliance services, and reactive plumbing and engineering works. CES has also integrated its monitoring and compliance software with Wiltshire Council’s computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) portal. This ensures seamless planned preventative maintenance task management across both systems, demonstrating its ability to provide tailored solutions and back-office support functions to meet specific client requirements.
Commenting on the new contract awards, Spencer Culley, Director at Churchill Environmental Services, said: “These contract wins demonstrate our commitment to delivering tailored water hygiene and compliance solutions. Our investment in technology, particularly our asset management systems, combined with our experienced team of engineers and assessors, ensures we can provide comprehensive services that meet our clients’ specific needs. We look forward to strengthening our partnerships with Wiltshire Council, and we are excited to provide an excellent service to Abbeyfield Living Society.”
