Compliance Group announces third merger deal of the year 

Compliance Group, an integrated provider of safety and regulatory compliance services across electrical, fire, and water, has completed its latest merger with CT Fire Protection, which now joins Compliance Group’s Fire Division.

Founded in 1995 by Curtis and Toni Waters, CT Fire Protection specialises in fire sprinkler systems and fire pumps, as well as dry and wet risers, fire hydrants, and fire hose reels. The company is LPCB 1048 approved for all Fire Sprinkler works, including design, installation, and servicing of fire sprinkler systems and ancillary equipment.

Julian Williams, CEO of Compliance Group’s Fire Division, commented: “We are extremely pleased to welcome CT Fire Protection into our Fire Division. CT exemplifies exceptional customer service backed by technical excellence. Adding sprinkler services will greatly enhance our offering to our customers.” 

Curtis and Toni Waters added: “We are thrilled to join Compliance Group. Our customers, some of whom have been with us for over 25 years, will benefit from the investment in our business infrastructure and access to a wider array of compliance services.” 

This marks Compliance Group’s third deal of 2024.

CT Fire joins both Fire Safe Services and Intersafe as the latest businesses in Compliance Group, further strengthening the group’s portfolio and enhancing its capabilities in providing comprehensive compliance solutions to customers.

The organisation streamlines complex safety and regulatory compliance, offering expertise across sectors including Education, Health, Care Homes, Public Sector, Local Authority, Industry, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Leisure, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Media.
