Leading British two-way radio systems provider celebrated 30 years in business on Wednesday 18th May 2022.
Gary Leatherby, Founder and Managing Director of Chatterbox Ltd, and his wife Deana started the two-way radio business 30 years ago from the garage of their home in Surrey. As the business grew Deana’s sister Laura joined and both sets of parents got involved. This family business went from strength to strength, taking on new people, building relations with leading suppliers in the sector and embracing new technologies. Over time, alongside the sale and short-term hire of radios, Chatterbox established a reputation for bespoke integrated communication solutions, with clients across a range of sectors, including retail, leisure, utilities, sporting venues and facilities management. Three years ago Chatterbox joined the CSE Global group, becoming CSE Chatterbox and securing a future as one of the UK’s leading radio communication suppliers.
Building enduring relations with both clients and suppliers has been key in the success of the company.
