Dalkia UK in Royal Academy of Arts win

Dalkia UK has secured a three-year deal at the Royal Academy of Arts (RA) for the delivery of electrical, mechanical and fabric services.

Under the contract terms, Dalkia UK will manage four properties in Kensington, Mitcham and two in Piccadilly on behalf of the RA ensuring 24/7 support across the portfolio.

Dalkia UK says it was chosen for its sector knowledge, expertise and experience, that will help the team focus on maintaining and improving the environmental conditions in the galleries and – by providing expert solutions around metering and energy consumption – can support the RA in achieving its Net Zero strategy.

Dalkia UK will work with the RA to ensure activities are carried out sustainably and responsibly. The team has already begun to create a roadmap to leverage its technical expertise, aligning with the RA’s business strategy and goals to guarantee visitors a consistently great experience.
