Dalux expands UK presence

Jamie Gray and Laura Knights

European BIM company, Dalux, has grown its UK footprint with the opening of its first Scottish office in Glasgow and the expansion of its London and Leeds teams into larger premises. This growth reflects the increasing adoption of Dalux’s digital solutions by building owners and facilities management professionals who seek more efficient ways to manage their assets and maintenance operations.

The decision to establish a Glasgow office is a key milestone for Dalux, reinforcing its commitment to providing local expertise in key markets. As FM professionals increasingly turn to digital solutions for asset management, Dalux’s expansion ensures enhanced support and tailored services for its growing UK customer base.

The Glasgow office will be headed up by Jamie Gray. With over 30 years of experience, Gray brings unparalleled expertise and a deep understanding of the industry’s needs.

Laura Knights – Country Manager, United Kingdom said: “Establishing a local presence in Scotland is key to building meaningful relationships. Jamie Gray’s deep Scottish roots and extensive experience in the Scottish market make him the perfect fit to lead this effort.”

Meanwhile, the London and Leeds offices have outgrown their current spaces due to rapid team expansion. The move to larger offices will enhance collaboration, accommodate new hires, and provide a strong foundation for continued growth in the UK market.

Dalux’s expansion highlights the increasing demand for smarter, more connected BIM and digital solutions. The new office spaces reinforce the company’s commitment to supporting its UK customers with local expertise and best-in-class technology. As the company continues to grow, its focus remains on delivering innovative digital tools that simplify processes and drive efficiency across the built environment.
