Galliford Try’s Specialist Services businesses have secured places on the new £835 million NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM) Framework, for a four-year term.
The company’s Asset Intelligence, Facilities Management and Oak Specialist Services businesses have won places on nine lots of the framework covering security systems, fire protection and hard FM services.
The success follows Galliford Try’s Capital Markets Event in May, when the Group announced that the Specialist Services division, which encompasses the relevant business units, would be targeted for revenue and margin growth over the strategy period to 2030.
Bill Hocking, Chief Executive of Galliford Try, commented: “We are delighted to have been selected by NOE CPC for this framework that aligns with our Sustainable Growth Strategy goals of expanding our Specialist Services businesses.
“We look forward to working with NOE CPC’s clients to maximise the benefits from the framework for all the stakeholders involved.”
The FM industry is evolving quicker than ever before, and so are the demands of the customers it serves.
To help shed light on some of the trends that are shaping the sector, Biological Preparations, a leading UK biotech company, is conducting a survey in collaboration with FMJ to identify the sustainability priorities and challenges amongst FM leaders.
This five-minute, anonymous FM-focused survey, offers FM professionals of all hierarchies with a platform to voice their perspectives and share their experiences.
As a thank you for taking part in the survey you will be entered into a prize draw to win £250 worth of Amazon vouchers.
