Manchester-based facilities management company, GAME, has been appointed to manage security services at Deansgate Square, one of Manchester’s most high-profile and iconic residential developments.
Following a competitive tender process against national operators, GAME secured the three-year contract. The deal will create 14 jobs in the Manchester city centre.
The 183,000 sq ft landmark boasts luxury amenities including a 20m indoor pool, state-of-the-art gym, spa and multi-use sports hall. GAME will oversee security across residential and communal spaces, maintaining high standards of safety for residents while delivering a premium standard of service.

This new contract award is reflective of GAME’s successful launch into the property sector, by industry veteran Gabriel Erinle, known for his role in shaping Manchester’s urban landscape. In just 10 months, GAME has built a strong portfolio of more than 10 clients, collectively managing assets worth more than £1.2 billion within Manchester city centre.
