Kayleigh Fantoni has been appointed to the role of General Counsel & Chief Risk Officer at soft facilities management firm, SBFM.
In her new role, Fantoni will oversee legal functions to support SBFM’s governance and risk management, ensuring that the organisation’s legal framework is robust, streamlined and aligned with its expansion plans. She will also oversee cohesive collaborations between external legal teams, SBFM’s clients and its suppliers.
Fantoni joins SBFM after a 14-year career in private practice, where she trained at Addleshaw Goddard and spent the last seven years at Clarion Solicitors, working up to her most recent position of Legal Director. Fantoni is regularly listed in The Legal 500 as a leading lawyer and her expertise lies in commercial and financial litigation, working with businesses in various sectors on complex legal issues.
