The workplace experience and facility management company has extended its existing contract with Capgemini in Europe and North America, for three years.
ISS has worked with Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner, since 2012, when it started to deliver services to office sites in the UK. The contract has since been expanded to also include sites in the EMEA and North America regions as of 2019. From 1 July 2023, ISS is also delivering integrated facility management for Capgemini sites in India.
Approximately 2,900 ISS employees are engaged on the contract.
Sam Hockman, CEO for Global Key Accounts at ISS said: “At ISS, we aim to build long-lasting global partnerships with key account customers by offering integrated facility services. This can only be done through consistently ensuring that we meet our customer’s needs across sites and countries and by continuing to improve our operational performance. This partnership is a result of exactly that.”
Venkat Neelakantan, Global Head, Corporate Real Estate Services at Capgemini commented: “The role of offices is constantly changing post pandemic. It is essential to create better experience for talent, improve collaboration and productivity, and reduce costs. That kind of change will require transformational thinking. This partnership with ISS will support this transformation and it paves way for a shared success in the future.”
