ISS A/S has renewed an existing full-service partnership agreement with Nordea in the Nordic countries for a further five years.
The workplace experience and facility management company has worked with Nordea, a leading Nordic universal bank since 1976, and as of 2012, has delivered integrated facility management services.
The renewed contract continues to cover full-service deliverables, including cleaning, catering, technical support, security, energy and asset management, and workplace experiences, such as events and other employee activities.
Sam Hockman, Group Chief Operating Officer of ISS, said of the partnership: “Once again Nordea has entrusted us with the responsibility of delivering best-in-class services in the Nordics. We have been proud partners with Nordea for 47 years, making it one of the longest partnerships in ISS’s history.
“Our primary focus remains on enhancing employee wellbeing and productivity through safe, clean office environments, delicious food, and rewarding workplace experiences – all of which are brought to life through the dedication of on-site ISS employees. Equally important are the steps we have taken to bolster our support for Nordea’s ambitious sustainability agenda and carbon reduction goals, achieved through services and solutions in energy and asset management.”
The contract runs from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2029, and approximately 475 ISS employees are engaged on the contract.
