ISS has won a contract with Aroundtown for the provision of integrated facilities services across the real estate company’s locations in Germany.
As part of this deal, ISS Germany will provide cleaning, building technology, security, landscaping, and winter services at 47 of the client’s locations across the country, covering a total area of approximately 715,000 m².
The contract will mobilise from April 2025.

Aroundtown is one of Europe’s largest real estate companies. Its portfolio comprises mainly office, residential and hotel properties.
