ISS’s Livv business extends contract with iconic One Moorgate Place

Livv, the boutique workplace experience business from global FM provider ISS, has secured a three-year contract to deliver front-of-house and security concierge services at the iconic One Moorgate Place in London — a historic Grade II-listed building, home to Chartered Accountants’ Hall, and a popular venue that caters for various events.

Following a comprehensive tender process, this contract extension will see Livv providing hotel-style front-of-house and security services, including meet & greet, guest relations, meeting room management, manned guarding and concierge services to One Moorgate Place guests, as well as for members and employees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Matt Bowers, Managing Director for ISS’s Livv business, said:

“We are delighted to be extending our relationship with  ICAEW. One Moorgate Place hosts industry leaders and other senior dignitaries and it is an honour and a privilege to be entrusted to represent such a prestigious organisation and venue.”

The client, Gary Johnston, Head of Facilities at One Moorgate Place said:

“We are pleased to continue our partnership with Livv, who have provided consistent high-quality services at One Moorgate Place for a number of years.  Their hands-on approach embraces our unique requirements as a place of work, a venue and a members’ club. While their excellent onsite and offsite support feels likes a seamless extension of my team.”
