Following a competitive re-tender process, Jaguar Building Services has retained its longest-standing account, MidCity Place, for an additional three years.
The 350,000 sq. ft. building, located in WC1, High Holborn, has been a part of Jaguar’s portfolio since 2001. MidCity Place offers its occupiers a bright contemporary workspace with its own private terrace.
The account will now be managed by Danny Howell, with Sid Newbon as the Business Unit Head.
Howell said: “Having had MidCity Place in our portfolio for 24 years, I am keen to take on this responsibility and work with the team to introduce fresh perspectives and new initiatives to this remarkable building.”
The new mechanical and electrical contract commenced earlier this month and will be managed by a dedicated team of six engineers.
