Jaguar Building Services has won a new mechanical and electrical contract with CBRE at The Gilbert for a three-year term.
Following a significant refurbishment in 2021, The Gilbert, located in Finsbury Square, London EC2, comprises of extensive shared work and social space, offering its users green spaces, and fabulous roof terraces with impressive views across the City Centre.
The contract will be overseen by Elliott Taylor, Account Manager, with Tom Amos as the Business Unit Head.
Taylor said of the contract award: “The Gilbert is a fantastic building, and Jaguar has the expertise and technical experience necessary for structures of this kind. I look forward to continuing our partnership with CBRE and ensuring that our M&E solution is both innovative and energy efficient.”
