Julie Ennis joins CBRE

CBRE has appointed Julie Ennis as Head of UK Occupier.

In her new role, Ennis will be responsible for leading the real estate advisor’s occupier strategies to drive continued growth across all aspects of its occupier business in the UK, maintaining the firm’s market-leading position and expanding its occupier insights to its investor clients.

Ennis joins the business with over 25 years of experience in the banking and property services industries. She spent more than 20 years at the Bank of Ireland, where she held progressive leadership positions spanning sales, product & proposition development, strategy and operations across retail banking, corporate banking and wealth management advisory. She is a Chartered Banker and an MBA graduate of the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Ennis has been at Sodexo since 2019, serving as CEO of its €700 million Corporate Services and Energy & Resources segments for the UK & Ireland. During this time, she led multiple business initiatives including the successful launch of its workplace value proposition to clients across the life sciences, tech, media and telecoms, and financial and professional services sectors.
