Following five years of collaboration, Lancer Scott Facilities Management has secured a new five-year hard FM services contract with Co-op to deliver maintenance and repair services across the South of the UK.
This latest deal expands Lancer Scott’s service provision to over 1,600 Co-op food stores and Funeralcare homes. Under this model, Lancer Scott will provide essential support, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, repair, and service excellence.
Lancer Scott says the increased coverage area will enable the company to continue its commitment to local communities, providing employment for local people and investing in worthwhile community projects. The contract will be delivered by a skilled and dedicated team of more than 140 professionals, including managers, helpdesk staff, administrators, engineers, and apprentices, who will provide service excellence while also enriching and giving back to the local communities – a core value and priority shared with both organisations.
Dan Knight, Facilities Management Director at Lancer Scott, highlighted the ongoing collaboration with Co-op: “This new five-year contract with Co-op is a testament to our team’s expertise, commitment, and ability to deliver outstanding Hard FM services at scale. Our partnership with Co-op has been built on trust, reliability, and a shared vision for service excellence, and we look forward to continuing to drive operational efficiency and meaningful community impact. With our people, technology, and processes at the core of our service delivery, we are committed to providing seamless, high-performing maintenance solutions that ensure the best possible environments for Co-op colleagues and customers alike.”
Ross Saville, Account Director for the contract, added: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Co-op, expanding our service provision to support over 1,600 locations. With a highly skilled and dedicated team, we remain committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services while upholding our shared values of quality, efficiency, and enhancing the local community.”
