Property services business, Liberty, has secured a place on Magenta Livings’s Responsive Repairs and Void Property Works Framework, which will last for four years, with a total value up to £11.5 million.
The contract award, will see Liberty carry out maintenance and repairs work on homes across Magenta Livings 13,000 property portfolio.
Following its acquisition by Wates Group Ltd in October, Liberty has continued to operate under its own name as part of Wates Property Services, providing heating, compliance, decarbonisation and property maintenance services.
