Scottish facilities management firm, Lovat’s Group has won a significant £7 million FM contract with Midlothian Council for the provision of hard services.
The contract, which extends until 2029 with the option for a 1+1+1 year extension, covers electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and compliance planned and reactive maintenance. Additionally, it includes a 24/7 helpdesk and emergency services, energy management, and minor works for the Council’s non-domestic properties.
