Lovat’s Group wins hard FM deal with Midlothian Council

Scottish facilities management firm, Lovat’s Group has won a significant £7 million FM contract with Midlothian Council for the provision of hard services.

The contract, which extends until 2029 with the option for a 1+1+1 year extension, covers electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and compliance planned and reactive maintenance. Additionally, it includes a 24/7 helpdesk and emergency services, energy management, and minor works for the Council’s non-domestic properties.

This contract win reflects Lovat’s Group’s strategic growth plan in Scotland, particularly through the expansion of its Midlothian office. The company says the team’s exceptional performance throughout the competitive tender process highlighted its commitment to delivering high-quality services and operational excellence.
