Mitie has been certified as a UK Top Employer for the sixth consecutive year, by the Top Employers Institute.
The UK Top Employer accreditation recognises an organisation’s commitment to creating a better world of work through its HR initiatives and practices. Businesses must demonstrate how they are supporting colleagues across 20 areas of HR, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity & inclusion and wellbeing.
Mitie offers a host of industry-leading benefits that are available to all its 65,000 colleagues. This recognition from the Top Employers Institute follows a number of other accreditations that Mitie has received in recent months highlighting its commitment to its colleagues.
