Karen O’Neill has been appointed Managing Director of Atlas Workplace Services as part of the company’s growth-focused plans.
O’Neill steps into the role following eight successful years as Commercial and Finance Director, bringing with her deep expertise, a passion for excellence, and a strong track record of delivering value for clients.
Atlas Workplace Services specialises in total facilities management and engineering maintenance services. Late last year, it became an Employee Ownership Trust alongside other parts of the Atlas group. Now, the business is poised to accelerate its growth and strengthen its reputation for service excellence.
The appointment is part of a broader strategy to build on the strong foundations of the business and unlock new opportunities. To support this mission, Stuart Cook and Chris Tighe have also been promoted to executive roles, leading on operations and compliance, and business development respectively. Both have been important to the recent success of the business and will work closely with O’Neill to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and concentrate on customer satisfaction across the Workplace Services portfolio.
