The independent engineering and services business has opened the application process for its nationwide apprenticeship programme as it looks to kick-start successful careers and nurture fresh talent.
NG Bailey will be offering apprenticeships across a number of different disciplines, with around 70 vocational opportunities including electrical, mechanical and technical specialist roles. The scheme also includes a range of business-based roles, offering multiple opportunities for people to gain a holistic understanding of the construction industry whilst embarking on an exciting career.
As part of the programme, the company will be continuing its IT Services apprenticeship scheme following the success of the business unit’s first year. The scheme will continue to nurture the next generation of UK digital talent, offering two degree apprenticeships in internal auditing and digital and technology solutions.
Since 1934, NG Bailey has welcomed over 6,000 apprentices, many of whom have gone on to win national and industry awards and progress into senior management positions.
