Facilities services provider, Pareto, has secured a long-term contract with the Office of Rail and Road (ORR).
The contract will see Pareto deliver all associated total facilities management (TFM) services to the ORR’s corporate head offices in 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf.
The ORR is a non-ministerial government department, which regulates the rail industry and is the ‘economic monitor’ of the strategic road network.
The tender was procured via the Crown Commercial Services framework, which Pareto won a place on in 2022.
