Pareto grows Fletcher partnership

Pareto FM has extended its contract with Fletchers Group, one of the UK’s leading personal injury legal firms.

Pareto was appointed in early 2023 to deliver hard services to Fletchers Group, which included all associated compliance and engineering services across Fletchers’ northern UK property portfolio.

Following the “rapid growth and success of the partnership” Pareto has now been appointed to implement a full FM package significantly increasing the contract value.

Fletchers has over 800 team members, based across its sites, with its headquarters in Manchester and offices in Southport, Leeds and Liverpool.

Commenting on the extended agreement, Jay McGregor, Facilities Manager, Fletchers Group, said: “We are a growing legal company with ambitious plans to expand across the UK. When we awarded the contract to Pareto, it was because we wanted a service provider that could come with us on our journey and that was agile enough to adapt with us. In Pareto we have achieved this, and they have already assisted us way beyond the base contract delivery. Growing the contract to incorporate hard and soft FM was the natural next step and we look forward to continued growth across the partnership.”
