Compass One, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has acquired Peabodys Coffee, a well-known brand among NHS staff, visitors and patients. Led by MD Claudia Mascino, Peabodys Coffee currently operates across ten sites within NHS England, employing 55 people. The acquisition will support its growth, with plans to launch new cafes at seven hospital sites in the coming months.
