Pinnacle Group’s Residential Management Services (RMS) division has secured five new sites with Bellway Homes.
This development with the residential property developer and housebuilder, makes Bellway the division’s largest client, with a total of nearly 5,000 homes managed for the client, across multiple sites. The five new sites provide an additional 1,463 homes to Pinnacle’s RMS portfolio.
The new sites are:
- Copperhouse Green in Dartford, Kent with 450 homes
- Eastside Quarter in Bexleyheath, London with 500 homes
- Legacy Wharf in Stratford, London with 196 homes
- Maybrey Works in Sydenham, London with 150 homes
- Eastbrook Village at Barking Riverside, with 167 homes
Pinnacle says its strong community credentials and reputation played a key role in securing the new business wins. The company will oversee various services including leasehold management, service charge collection, concierge services, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
