Facilities management firm, Polyteck, has won a potential three-year contract to oversee the UK offices of home appliances business SharkNinja.
The initial one-year contract, with the potential for a two-year extension, will see Polyteck provide planned preventative maintenance as well as reactive and callout services at SharkNinja’s London base at Battersea Power Station and its Leeds head office. Services will cover mechanical, electrical, drainage, air conditioning, fire alarm, and building management services.
The company will also deploy its Enviro-Logik smart building management system, providing remote monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and energy management monitoring systems for M&E equipment.
The system provides accurate energy monitoring of key equipment to reduce consumption based on occupancy as well as a customised dashboard which alerts contractors to potential problems and equipment healthfor them to take preventative action. This data allows stakeholders to make decisions that reduce callouts, improve efficiency, and save energy.
