Building services company Polyteck has secured a four-year contract to provide maintenance services for Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP), as part of Fusion21’s £346 million Building Improvements Framework.
Under the terms of the contract, Polyteck will deliver services including the refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms across RHP’s portfolio.
Earlier this year, Polyteck was named one of the 10 suppliers in the renewal framework, which enabled it to compete for this tender.
Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP Group) owns and manages nearly 11,000 homes for social rent and shared ownership across the London boroughs of Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston, and Hillingdon.
John Polycarpou, chairman, Polyteck said: “We believe Polyteck was chosen for our strong track record in delivering quality, value-driven solutions in social housing maintenance.
“This contract represents a significant opportunity for us to further solidify our presence in the London market and support RHP’s commitment to improving its housing stock.”
