We have a strong operational team delivering for our customers but to stay ahead of the competition and retain our colleagues, we need to make enhancements to our processes. Having grown through acquisitions (quickly) we want to align our processes and improve the current standard we operate at. I look forward to Stuart working directly with my team and I know he will make an impact.”
